Certificate files: password and importing into ESign / Scarlet

Apps from our catalog do not need the files — everything installs in one tap. The .p12 and .mobileprovision files are only useful if you sign your own IPAs with ESign, Scarlet or GBox.

The certificate password is 1.

What to do

1. Download both files. On your account page: “Download .p12” and “Download .mobileprovision”. Save them to the Files app.
2. Don’t open the .p12 as a profile. If you tap it, iOS tries to install it as a profile and says “wrong password”. The file has to be imported into the installer.
3. Import into the installer. In ESign / Scarlet / GBox: certificates section → import → choose both files → password 1.

Still not working?

The installer still says “wrong password” — message us.
