My certificate is not ready yet

The certificate is issued automatically after payment — usually within a few minutes, in rare cases up to 5 hours. We work around the clock.

What to do

1. Check the status. The installation wizard and your account page show the status and refresh it automatically.
2. Check the UDID. The certificate is issued for the iPhone whose UDID was used for the order. Open the site from that same iPhone.
