Refunds

In short, without fine print. The legal terms are in the public offer (in Russian).

We refund

• The certificate was not issued because of a technical problem on our side
• Payment went through but you never got access to installation

No refund

• The certificate was issued and works — the digital service has been provided
• A particular catalog app did not suit you — apps are free, only the certificate is paid
• Apple revoked the certificate within the warranty — that is a free replacement, not a refund

How to request a refund

• Bought on the site (card or SBP): message us within 24 hours of payment with your order code and contact details. Each case is reviewed individually.
• Bought on GGSel or PlatiMarket: refunds and warranty follow the marketplace rules — message us in the order chat there.
